How long will it take my order to arrive?

What if I receive a candle that’s damaged or smells off?
If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or the scent seems wrong, please use the Contact Seller button within 7 days of receiving it. Send a photo along with your order details, and we’ll work with you to replace or refund that item.
Do you offer custom or bespoke candles or fragrances?
Yes, we do offer custom fragrance requests or bespoke candle designs. These typically take additional time and may have special terms (for example, custom orders may not be eligible for return). Please reach out via Contact Seller to discuss what you have in mind.
How do I get the best burn and scent performance from my candle?
Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the container on first burn so it burns evenly in later uses. Avoid placing candles in drafts or near open windows. Extinguish properly—and always follow safety guidelines listed on the label.
What are freshies and how should I use them?
Freshies are long-lasting, scented air fresheners designed for small spaces such as cars, closets, or bathrooms. To get the best results, hang or place your freshie where air can circulate around it and avoid direct contact with fabrics or surfaces that could be stained by oils. When the scent fades, simply replace it with a new one from our shop.
