Welcome to Main Street Collective ("we," "us," "our," or "MSC"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.mainstreetco.us and any related services provided by Main Street Collective L.L.C.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Main Street Collective is an online marketplace featuring handmade and artisan products exclusively from Mississippi-based small businesses. We facilitate transactions between customers and independent vendors.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
  • You may browse our site without creating an account
  • Account creation may be required for purchases
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided by individual vendors
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all product information is error-free
  • Products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
5. ORDERING & PAYMENT
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
  • Payment is required at time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • Sales tax will be calculated and applied as required by law
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We ship within the United States only
  • Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless items are damaged or incorrect
  • Refunds will be processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Custom or personalized items may not be returnable
  • Vendor-specific return policies may apply
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
  • Main Street Collective is not liable for damaged or defective products
  • Individual vendors are solely responsible for product quality and defects
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@mainstreetco.us and we will coordinate with the vendor to facilitate a resolution
  • We will assist in communication between customers and vendors but are not responsible for the outcome
  • Any replacement, refund, or remedy for defective items is at the vendor's discretion and responsibility
9. VENDOR RELATIONSHIP
  • Main Street Collective acts as a marketplace platform facilitating transactions
  • Individual vendors are independent businesses responsible for their products and customer service
  • We are not responsible for vendor actions, product quality, manufacturing defects, or vendor-customer disputes
  • We may assist in facilitating communication but are not liable for resolution outcomes
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by MSC or our vendors
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • Vendor product images and descriptions are owned by respective vendors

  • Interfere with website functionality
