Please note that while we curate exclusively with Mississippi-based vendors, each vendor you order from may need to be contacted with questions or concerns regarding your specific shipment.

- Order Processing: Our vendors aim to process all orders within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. This will be communicated to you at the time of order placement. If there are additional questions, vendors you purchased from may reach out to you directly.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Shipping Carriers: Vendors on our site primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
- Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that issues like unexpected weather or other environmental conditions may cause unexpected delays.
- Delivery Times: Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays may affect delivery times.
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States only.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed by the vendor.

- Marketplace Platform: Main Street Collective operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent Southern vendors. Individual vendors are responsible for processing and shipping their orders.
- Vendor Communication: While we facilitate communication between customers and vendors, each vendor manages their own inventory and shipping processes.
