MAIN STREET COLLECTIVE RETURN POLICY

Main Street Collective operates as a curated marketplace featuring products from independent businesses. To ensure a consistent and fair experience for all customers, the following return policy applies to all purchases made on or after the effective date listed above.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Store Credit Policy
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit can be used on any product across Main Street Collective
- Store credit does not expire
- Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided for standard returns.
Partial Returns
Orders containing multiple items may be partially returned.
Approved returns will receive store credit for the returned item(s) only.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate apparel, including underwear and swimwear
- Opened or used health, beauty, or skincare products
- Gift cards or gift certificates
- Seasonal items after the applicable season
- Clearance or discounted items (eligible only up to the price paid)
- Digital products, including e-books or online content once accessed
- Perishable goods, including food products
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact info@mainstreetco.us within the 14-day return window.
- Return Approval: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
- Packaging: Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Main Street Collective is not responsible for lost or missing returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Window: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Documentation: Customers must provide photos of the item and packaging.
- Resolution: Main Street Collective will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping will be covered for damaged or defective items.
Marketplace Policy
Main Street Collective maintains a standardized return policy across all vendors.
- Individual vendor return policies do not apply to customer transactions
- Main Street Collective manages and determines all return approvals and resolutions
Policy Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on or after April 13, 2026.
Orders placed prior to this date will follow the return policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Main Street Collective reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
