Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

This policy applies to any purchase options offered through Main Street Collective, including but not limited to subscriptions, pre-orders, bundles, and special order items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. After this window, orders cannot be canceled.
Subscription Orders

For any subscription-based purchases:
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle
  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled
  • No refunds will be issued for processed or fulfilled subscription orders
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status prior to renewal.

Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Pre-orders and special order items are processed in advance to secure inventory.
  • - These orders may not be canceled once placed
  • - All pre-orders and special orders are final sale unless otherwise stated
Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Orders for custom or made-to-order products begin processing shortly after purchase.
  • These orders cannot be canceled once production has started
  • No refunds or cancellations will be provided for custom items

Store Credit

If a cancellation request is approved outside of the allowed window at Main Street Collective’s discretion, it may be issued as store credit only.

Marketplace Policy

Main Street Collective maintains a standardized cancellation policy across all vendors.

  • Individual vendor cancellation policies do not apply
  • Main Street Collective manages and determines all cancellation approval.
