Because Main Street Collective is a marketplace featuring independent Southern makers, small businesses, and vendor fulfilled products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Processing Time
- Order Processing: Our vendors aim to process orders within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation.
- Custom Orders: Custom, handmade, personalized, or made to order items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time should be noted in the product listing or communicated after purchase when needed.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Shipping Carriers: Vendors on our site may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier as appropriate for the order.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is generally within 5 to 7 business days after shipment, though delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
- Main Street Collective does not accept returns.
- Main Street Collective does not accept exchanges.
- All sales are final once an order is placed.
- Because many items are handmade, custom, small batch, vendor fulfilled, seasonal, personal care, food related, or otherwise limited in availability, items cannot be returned due to buyer’s remorse, sizing preference, color preference, change of mind, delayed delivery by a carrier, or any other non defect reason.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photos, sizing details, processing times, and shipping information before completing a purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Main Street Collective at info@mainstreetco.us within 3 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Main Street Collective will review the issue and work with the vendor when needed to determine the appropriate resolution.
- Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include replacement, repair, store credit, refund, or another remedy at Main Street Collective’s discretion.
- Do not ship any item back unless Main Street Collective provides written instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
- All products sold through Main Street Collective are non returnable unless Main Street Collective determines that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Custom, personalized, made to order, intimate apparel, health and beauty, food, perishable, seasonal, clearance, digital, gift card, and wholesale items are final sale.
