This potholder is made in my home studio in Mississippi. It is made of 2 layers of 100% cotton fabric and thread. Inside the two layers of cotton fabric is a layer of cotton batting and a special layer of needle punched polyester heat resistant batting.
This raggy potholder has been washed once to start the raggy process and will continue to rag and get softer with each additional wash. Use the potholder as decor by hanging it from a cabinet knob by the ribbon that is attached.
