Custom orders

Custom designs are available. Message us before ordering to confirm details. 

Processing times

Ships in 2-3 business days.  Made to order items may take up to seven days. 

Shipping info

Orders ships USPS Priority or UPS Ground.  Tracking is Provided.  Local pickup is available in D'Iberville. 

Returns

At Coastal Canvas by Dawn LLC, we want you to love your DIY Paint Kit!

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or customized paint kits. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your oder arrives damages or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.  Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items.  We will gladly replace missing, damaged or incorrect components at no additional cost.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed kits and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain an error on our part.
